DELIVERY

At Sif Jakobs Jewellery We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, the delivery time may vary depending on which distributor you choose. You can expect delivery with Royal Mail, within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. 

Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays are processed the following working day. In connection with public holidays, longer delivery times must be expected. Should delays occur at our delivery supplier, however, Sif Jakobs Jewellery cannot be held responsible.

SHIPPING COSTS

When you shop at Sif Jakobs Jewellery, we deliver your jewellery order free of charge to the desired address within UK. Return deliveries are at your own expense and risk. 

 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.* Make sure to get a receipt as a proof that you have returned the item(s). If the returned goods comply with our returns policy we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order within 30 days after we receive your returned products. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.
