Delivery
At Sif Jakobs Jewellery, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
UPS: Delivery to private addresses or parcel shops typically takes 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Engraved jewellery: As these items are made especially for you, the delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays: These are processed on the next business day.
Please note: During holidays, sales, and peak periods, delivery times may be longer. Any delays caused by PostNord & GLS are beyond our control.
We do not ship to the following areas:
- United Kingdom: Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey
Shipping Costs
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £99.
For orders under £99, a shipping fee of £7 will apply. At Sif Jakobs Jewellery, we deliver your jewellery safely and directly to your chosen address within the UK. Please note that return shipping is at your own expense and risk.
Return & Exchange Policy - 30-day return policy
We offer easy exchanges and returns within 30 days on all items purchased at sifjakobs.uk, starting from the day you receive your order. The right of withdrawal applies as long as the item is returned in the same condition as when received, including original packaging and any enclosed documentation.
Please remember to obtain a receipt when returning your item(s) as proof of return.
Once we have received and approved your return, the relevant refund will be processed within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

EXCHANGE – only £3.95 for a return label
Need a different size or have you fallen in love with something else?
You can easily exchange your item for another product. We will send the exchanged item free of charge once your return has been received.
GIFT CARD + 10% extra value – free return label
If you choose a gift card, we will add 10% bonus value, and we will of course cover the cost of the return label.
RETURN – £8.95 for a return label
If you choose a refund, the cost of the return label (£8.95) will be automatically deducted from your refund when you register your return in the portal.

Please note: When trying on items of jewellery, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or cream which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Complaints Policy
All of our products are covered by the Purchase Act with a 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. This means that you either get it replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover when damages arise due to misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear.
