General

We send all items as parcels or registered mail. This makes it possible to track the package should any problems occur. The items are insured during the shipment - when receiving your package please check the content of the package. If the package (and the content) is damaged when you receive it please contact the freight company. Sif Jakobs Jewellery is not responsible for any damages that has occurred during shipment. We pay the highest attention when packing your items in order to minimize the risk of damage. All items are delivered in original Sif Jakobs Jewellery boxes without extra costs. 

Delivery

At Sif Jakobs Jewellery We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, the delivery time may vary depending on which distributor you choose. You can expect delivery with Royal Mail, within 1-2 days from Monday to Friday. 

Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays are processed the following working day. In connection with public holidays, longer delivery times must be expected. Should delays occur at our delivery supplier, however, Sif Jakobs Jewellery cannot be held responsible.

When placing your order with Sif Jakobs Jewellery, it is important that you enter your address information correctly when you enter your delivery address. You are hereby required to provide the correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you provide is not confirmed, Sif Jakobs Jewellery reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.


Please note that we do not ship to the following areas:

  • United Kingdom: Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey

Shipping Costs

Free delivery and returns on all orders during September and October.

When you shop at Sif Jakobs Jewellery, we deliver your jewellery order free of charge to the desired address within UK. Return deliveries are at your own expense and risk. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.* Make sure to get a receipt as a proof that you have returned the item(s). If the returned goods comply with our returns policy we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order within 30 days after we receive your returned products. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. If you wish to exchange an item we send the item for the exchanged item free of charge.

 

The condition of the product when you return it: 
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and its functionality. In other words – you can test the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used. In order to receive the full purchase amount in return, you may only handle the product in a way you would at a physical store. You can test the product, but cannot take it into actual use.

Please note: When trying on items of jewellery, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or cream which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. 

 

Complaints Policy

All of our products are covered by the Purchase Act with a 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.

Sif Jakobs Jewellery covers reasonable freight costs that can occur in connection with a complaint.

A complaint about a product purchased from us may also be submitted to the European Commission's online complaint portal. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Sold out Products

If the product you are interested in is sold out, we will contact you with information about the soonest possible delivery date, or offer you an alternative product that is in stock.

Payment

At sifjakobs.uk you can pay with Klarna, PayPal, Visa, EURO/Mastercard and Visa/Electron. The amount will be withdrawn from your account once your purchase has been dispatched from our stock. All prices are inclusive of local VAT unless otherwise specified. If the purchase is to be delivered to a country outside the EU the VAT will be deducted from the price. Please see the section " Shipping To Countries Other Than Denmark" for details. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges. 

Security

You have, at any time, the right to know which information we have stored about you. Just send us a mail with your name and address and we will send you a mail with all the information we have stored. If you wish for these details to be deleted, please state this clearly in your mail.

Transmission of Data

We do not forward your information to any third party. The information that you specify is being kept confidential and will under no circumstances be transferred.
