Delivery Time: 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) with DPD to private addresses and parcel shops.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. Delays caused by the courier are beyond our responsibility.

To receive a full refund, items must be in the same condition as in-store testing—not used beyond trying on.
