We strive to deliver your order quickly. UK customers do not pay VAT when ordering from sifjakobs.uk, as we have a local UK warehouse.

Delivery Time: 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) with DPD to private addresses and parcel shops.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. Delays caused by the courier are beyond our responsibility.

Ensure your address details are correct. Incorrect addresses may result in cancellation.

We do not ship to: Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey.

You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with documentation.

Refunds are processed within 30 days upon receiving the return.

Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will send the replacement free of charge.

To receive a full refund, items must be in the same condition as in-store testing—not used beyond trying on.

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty under the Purchase Act. This covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
