We strive to deliver your order quickly. UK customers do not pay VAT when ordering from sifjakobs.uk, as we have a local UK warehouse.

Delivery Time: 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) with DPD to private addresses and parcel shops.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. Delays caused by the courier are beyond our responsibility.

Ensure your address details are correct. Incorrect addresses may result in cancellation.

We do not ship to: Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey.

30-Day Return Policy

You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with documentation.

Refunds are processed within 30 days upon receiving the return.

Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will send the replacement free of charge.

To receive a full refund, items must be in the same condition as in-store testing—not used beyond trying on.

Complaints & Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty under the Purchase Act. This covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

Depending on the issue, we offer repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction.

In addition to your jewellery we are offering gift wrapping options. We have beautiful gift boxes and gift bags. You can easily give it as a gift or just treat yourself.

Sif Jakobs Jewellery acts responsible by switching to environmentally friendly packaging. The jewellery brand will replace all existing shipping boxes with sustainable FSC certified boxes in 2020.

FSC certification ensures that the boxes come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental and social benefits.

In the future, all customers will receive their purchases in these specially designed and environmentally friendly boxes.

STERLING SILVER

The purest form of silver used in jewellery making, consisting of 92.5% silver and 7.5% alternative metals for
strength. Sif Jakobs offers silver jewellery plated with rhodium for a polished
finish.

18 KARAT GOLD

At Sif Jakobs Jewellery, we
create beautiful demi-fine jewellery made from high-quality 925 sterling
silver, gold plated with 18k yellow gold.

Sif Jakobs Jewellery uses
top-quality AAA cubic zirconia. Our crystals are durable and maintain their

FRESHWATER PEARLS

Freshwater pearls are beautiful semi-precious gems,
created organically by freshwater mussels or clams. Sif Jakobs Jewellery uses
